Brian assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Lee’s Morvillo Group (LMG) in early 2026, with full responsibility for all LMG activities in Providence, reporting directly to Ryan Powers. Before this, Brian joined Morvillo Precision Products in 2014 as Vice President of Engineering. In 2020, he transitioned to Vice President of Operations for the Lee’s Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products group, where he led cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

In his new capacity as LMG's COO, Brian has comprehensive operational authority and oversight. Reporting to him are Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, Finance/Accounting, HR, and Engineering for all LMG-related activities and processes. LMG will continue to be supported by Alloy Holdings’ centralized Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Finance, and HR teams.

Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in precious metals process manufacturing, engineering management, and operations leadership. His background includes significant responsibilities in product and process development, operational execution, and precious metals inventory control. His technical depth and operational discipline have been instrumental in strengthening performance across both business units.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
